<p>Louis i want to have more frequency on it, getting more efficient and therefore able to be stronger through time.</p>
<p></p>
<p>But i&#8217;ll stick to sldl only on my pull session so.</p>

<p>Im on a PULL/PUSH/LEGS/R/UPPER/LOWER.</p>

<p>I dl on Pull, but want to increase the frequency of it, maybe on second Lower and including some back work too? a density day like.</p>
<p>what&#8217;s your thoughts on it ?</p>
