I just wanted to ask if it’s normal to look really small or skinny when you’re on a cut. People keep commenting on how slim or small I look, and it’s really getting to me mentally. I can’t handle hearing it all the time — it’s starting to mess with my confidence and mindset.</p>

The only exception is incline bench press — it’s been stagnating while everything else is moving up consistently. Any advice or tweaks you’d recommend for breaking through this “plateau“?</p>

<p>My goal is fat loss while maintaining or even building some muscle.</p>
<p>I’m doing Full Body workouts every other day and focusing on progressive overload.</p>
<p>My question:</p>
<p>Should I increase my calories (especially carbs) on training days to better fuel my workouts and recovery, or&hellip;</p>
