So no go in my case. What bothers me is that we can fly people to the moon or can control nuclear fusion for a few micro seconds but we cannot replace a piece of cartilage. </p>

In my case only the left knee. One of our hospitals is offering cartilage transplant especially for knees where they take your cartilage cells, grow them in the lab and place them back after 8 weeks. Maybe something to check for in your country. I would like to focus more on pushing the elbows back without thinking about the hands. Although I use straps on the top sets focus still shifts on those final reps. And since I&#8217;m getting older hands and wrist stay tender for longer.</p>

<p>Haider(or other), any suggestions for a good starting point for a separate arm day? Maybe 3 Tri and 3 Bi exercises with a top set and backoff set for all and go from there?</p>
