I have attached some photos of my last cut. On the left is peak off season (209lbs) to the end of my pull back phase (185lbs). Simple case of rinse and repeat. </p>

<p>My gym has a slightly angled smith machine (it’s the life fitness model). When it comes to pressing movements such as incline chest/higher incline shoulder press, would you have the bar coming down towards your body and then pushing away? </p>

Mix with water. This way the water isn&#8217;t sitting when I&#8217;m training and it has enough time for the ingredients to flood the bloodstream and take effect.</p>
