<p>Planning on getting a coach again in the near future after self coaching for the last while.</p>
<p>Couple things that would be a priority for me</p>

<p>Moving a client from 4-Day LPPF to a 3-Day Legs &amp; back/Full/Legs and back as days in the gym are decreasing (for now) </p>
<p>Main focus here is glutes, quads &amp; back, higher frequency</p>

<p>Iron 26.6 </p>
<p>Ferritin 300 </p>
<p>Transferrin Saturation 50.2 </p>

<p>HDL 1.44</p>
<p>Doctor said that HDL needed to come up &#8211; no problem as I’m aware dieting has possibly impacted this &amp; easy address through food sourcing.</p>
<p>However, my iron &amp; ferritin is more concerning to me as he didn’t really highlight it nor&hellip;</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve been struggling with a rotator cuff/long head of biceps &amp; hamstring tendonitis issue the last 6/7 months. Been to multiple physios, all came to the same conclusion. Followed rehab to a tee but has plateaued.</p>
<p>Still struggle with pressing, flyes, bicep movements mainly.</p>
<p>Slowly reintroducing movements to see&hellip;</p>
