I did a lot of volume as a big super set as main lift because my knees are having a bad week </p>
<p>I’ve eating extra food all day which I’ll post after this. </p>

<p>Adductors 5 x 20 ( 20 sec rest)</p>
<p>Abductors 5 x 20 </p>
<p>Laying ham curls 6, 10, 15 </p>
<p>Leg extension SUPERSET leg press.<br />
8 sets 14-20 reps each way<br />

Hack squat 2&#215;10-12<br />
Romanian deadlift 2&#215;8<br />
Adductor 1 leg cable  1&#215;12 + dropset + rest pause<br />
Calves raise leg press<br />
1&#215;12-15 + rest pause + rest pause<br />
1&#215;12 heavy<br />
1&#215;20 medium</p>
