I am lifting for 8 years ( I am 23 ) and made the best gains the last 6 months with fb eod and with the low volume/high intensity approach.My hinges,pull ,legs,arms(esp biceps)progress is very good but my push exercises progress really really slow.What can i do? Maybe switch to an upper lower ? or modified fb? Much love from greece</p>
