One of the big problems I’ve seen from results is that a lot of the prep is clearly done in really poor conditions. It’s surprisingly common to find heavy metals showing up just because labs haven’t bothered with&hellip;</p>

Best approach is to get a full QC test panel done of your Reta, test or whatever you&#8217;re using every now and then yourself. That covers identity, purity, Contaminants, microbiological safety and pH. A supplier showing you 99% purity but&hellip;</p>

He was super helpful, excellent customer service, advice etc and I&#8217;m not having any issues since using Adelphi. I get everything from him now, he does Peptides and even Retatrutide which is an absolute game changer for prep.&hellip;</p>
