Added 450mg Mast &#8211; felt nothing. Now my coach put me on 300mg Test and 900mg Mast 3 weeks ago and I still feel nothing except that I am getting stronger faster (when should I feel a dosage increase like that?) But no fuller muscles, no bigger pumps, no change in mindset whatsoever.</p>

<p>Now I had the second night and sleep still wasn&#8217;t perfect but much better than last night. But like I said, I&#8217;ve had sleep issues from time to time in the past, especially a year ago when I was suffering from heavy depression. Had my depression fixed&hellip;</p>

Just started using GH for the very first time.</p>

<p>Took my dose (3iu) around 9PM with my last meal and I don’t know if it’s placebo but it has completely tanked my sleep.</p>

<p>I&#8217;m not sure if I want to go higher again with PEDs but I was wondering if I could just stay on 250mg of test per week for an indefinite amount of time? Maybe add 125mg of mast since I felt really good on that as well?</p>

<p>I am male, 29, 190cm / 6’2 and about 15% bodyfat trying to get to 8-10%ish. Also running 400mg test and 200mg mast.</p>
<p>I’m eating 2100kcal daily, average of 12k steps and doing 30 minutes of cardio daily (130-140bpm).</p>
<p>This is my weekly weight progression (weekly average)</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve thought about this too but it doesn&#8217;t really seem to be a weight problem. I dont know how to have a good connection no matter if I&#8217;m pressing 20lbs or 90lbs dumbbells.. People always say &#8220;and now, from the bottom of the rep, contract your chest&#8221; and I&#8217;m always like.. &#8220;Yeah but.. how???&#8221;</p>

I know that most presses are more a lengthened position exercise while flyes are more heavy on the contraction and therefore flyes can be felt better by most. I feel my chest during flyes.
