Im not talking about a hint of soreness i mean significant enough for me to question it. Is it best to just leave that muscle to recover that training day or train it anyway?</p>
<p>It dont happen super often.</p>

<p>Anyone have the same proplem &#8211; im a natural for the record.</p>

<p>Also if anyone knows of any creams or things that have worked for them in getting rid of this then please let me know as thats what im mainly here for!!!</p>

<p>My questions was just to see if i was doing it right. Would i be right in saying that bringing the bench up 1 incline from flat &#8211; so just below 45 degrees would be correct??? Only thing&hellip;</p>
