Currently bulking<br />
Running upper/lower/rest/repeat<br />
Not a competitor, just love training and the life</p>
<p>I currently wake at 5:00am and get to the gym at 6:00am</p>
<p>I currently use a kitchen sick approach to my morning supps to minimise fasted training downsides. </p>
