<p>I’m currently in my first natural bodybuilding contest prep.<br />
At the minute I’m doing 12k steps on TD and 15k on RD, no cardio.</p>
<p>I like doing a 25min fasted power walk outdoors in the morning, aiming to reach and stay around 120–130 bpm / Zone 2.
