<p>Good rest day yesterday was productive but crashed hard in the afternoon due to carrying a decent amount of training fatigue at the mo. </p>
<p>De volume to the rescue for the next 5 sessions or longer if I need too. These sessions are about 45 mins shorter than standard sessions due to the volume cut.
