<p>Earlier today I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed under general anaesthetic.</p>
<p>The oral surgeon told me to avoid exercising for one week&#8230;. They did not fill the cavities, and are relying on the bloodclot inside the cavity to harden and the gum to grow over top.</p>
<p>Apparently raising my blood pressure and heartrate can interfere with this&hellip;</p>

<p>I am just wondering if a bike set on lowest resistance, pedalling at a medium pace (60rpm) can replace steps. EG 30min walk = 30min on bike?</p>
<p>From a productivity perspective, I can work whilst on the bike, and getting in 10,000 steps does take some time away from work, study etc.</p>
<p>Is this swap like for like? Or just suck it up and get&hellip;</p>

<p>Hey Jordan, I had it after being double vaxxed, didn&#8217;t even know I had it, only took a test as my mates went down with it. Developed a slight sore throat and that was it.</p>
<p>Hope you recover quick mate, from those I have talked to who&#8217;ve suffered with it, rest was key to pulling away from persistent symptoms. </p>

<p>I am natural, and the goal is just to progressively and patiently gain roughly 0.5lb a week until appetite goes or I get fat, whichever happens first. As the above post says, this is giving rise to an average 200g gain a week at the moment.</p>

<p>I currently do 45min cardio on RD, for just general overall cardio health. Finish this at roughly 7:30am. The first two meals are lower carb (15g), and I have my first higher carb meal (100g) at around 4pm.</p>
<p>Is it worthwhile spending most of the day, having performed cardio, with only 30g carb in the system? Would that keep my&hellip;</p>

I had always thought that it was best to separate anti-inflammatories away from trraining window as far as possible, so as to not blunt inflammatory effects of training. <p>Hi Clare,</p>
<p>The thing is that last session I got 9 with the dumbbells I used for the first set, and the next set I went up to the next dumbbells and got 5. Took a third set and got 15 with lighter DBs.</p>
<p>Today I got 10, followed by 0 with what I got 5 with last week, and then 6 with the DBs I got 15 with.</p>

<p>Looking for some thoughts, input, ideas, just anything really&#8230; todays chest session, started really well. PB on the first exercise, got 10 with a weight I never had before on Incline DB press. </p>
<p>Went up to heavier dumbbells naturally, kicked them back and could not get them off my chest. </p>

<p>Just a quick one, with regard to gripping DBs with an Incline Fly, is it incorrect/dangerous/risky to use a grip that is halfway between neutral and supinated/palms-away-from-body ??<br />Personally I feel it a little in my shoulder when I opt for a pure neutral grip, and moving to this grip resolved that for me.</p>

<p>The one I&#8217;m looking at has &#8220;Glucose Syrup (from Maise)&#8221; and doesnt have &#8220;fructose glucose syrup&#8221; as you specified. Is this what you are talking about? </p>
<p>Hope that doesn&#8217;t come across as a silly question haha</p>

<p>Is sorbet a suitable carb source post workout? It&#8217;s warm where I am and I thought that it&#8217;d probably not go amiss considering that it&#8217;s basically just high GI carbs, which are suitable in that context.</p>
<p>Would you ever use it? Would you ever allow or recommend a client to use it?</p>
