<p>Jordan explains on YouTube video how to plan day 1, but I don&#8217;t know exactly how to plan the remaining 3 days. Is there a ready template? So I can adjust it to suit myself. And should I do all the movements for 1 set? Wouldn&#8217;t it be 2 or 3 sets? Thank you for help!</p>

<p>Chest, shoulder, triceps (compounds), side delt, lat bias, upper back, tricep n bicep isolation, leg curl, quad compound, quad isolation, calves </p>

<p>Question 1: I understand that 2 heavy upper and 2 heavy lower but how i&#8217;m going to execute other 3 day (a,b,c,d).&hellip;</p>
