<p>They are the 1” ones and I went right the way in with the pin.. the flue symptoms have gone, but the hard lump is there and very tender.. the jab was on Tuesday so it’s been 4days.. <p>I too am only running trt nowadays and do BJJ and aim to get 2 strength sessions a week but I definitely need to up my cardio game as I get gassed too quickly!</p>

<p>I don’t bodybuild any more this is more just because I was getting all the negatives of low testosterone. <p>I have ordered a male hormone profile test from youth revisited which should be here by Tuesday, So I think I will do the test and see what sort of ranges I am in and make a decision from there!
