I would personally for instance on a push workout, do my chest exercises first, then my shoulder exercises then my triceps exercises. Not switch back and forth. Fast, medium and slow acting. Test e and c are in the middle range. I’ve never used both sustanon and another test along side it although I don’t see anything wrong with doing that. Peter will have more knowledge on the exact scientific difference between the two. I personally have always preferred masteron over primo.
