Good morning guys and girls! Worked most of yesterday. Not too much to report. Got home in the evening to chill. Ended up getting called out twice around 8pm and 9.30pm so didn’t get much time to relax! Went to bed around 11ish. Up at 6am today ready to head down to Margate for a nice back workout! First time I’ve been this week so I’m excited!

Hi Grey, perosnally I wouldn’t implement a mini cut at this point. Your not in bad condition so you can definitely afford to slowly increase calories over the next few months aiming to progress on lifts in the gym. You should be able to pack on some more muscle without gaining excess body fat and without using gear. I would definitely try and push as far as I could naturally before making “the jump”!

Hey everyone!! Had a mega busy day yesterday worked most of the day then managed to get out in the garden and get a small leg session in basically just done front squats and hamstring curls! Had some work going on in the house all evening so pretty full on day! Got called out of bed really early this morning to work on an emergency! Worked until about 11am then came home and had breakfast! Rest day today so hoping to rest!

Hi Matt, definitely not worth taking Anabolics for 1 cycle. If your close to where you want to be then dedicate yourself a little more and you will get them extra results you’ve been wanting!

Good morning everyone! Worked most of the day yesterday so didn’t really get to chill, had some furniture and stuff delivered too! So it was a busy day throughout! Had a good nights sleep! Out working again today, going to hit some light legs this afternoon in the garden but still taking it easy. Fasted weight today was 91.3kgs.

Hi Martin, I personally do follow a fairy high protein diet for someone of my size and your right a lot of old school coaches put their clients on high protein diets because they have worked in the past. I do definitely think there are benefits however like you say there are negatives too like digestive problems in particular. I don’t think protein levels need to be that high I definitely think you can grow off moderate protein and higher carbs. It’s all relative to how much muscle mass you currently have! 2g/lb is definitely pushing it!

Good morning everyone! Had a short push workout yes yday in the garden as I got called to an emergency! Started with flat bench warmed up to 100kgs for 18 reps then backed off to 90kgs for 15 reps. Straight into seated laterals for 3 sets of 15 reps for a good pump! Then the work phone rang and I had to leave! Resting today as I’ve got a lot going on at home! Hoping to hit some light legs tomorrow in the garden!

Hey everyone! Had a super chilled rest day yesterday! Literally barely moved off the sofa all day so not too much to report! Got a busy week this week so training will be as and when. Hoping to hit an upper session later after work in the garden and try to get an early night in as my body really feels tired.

Hi Tim, as hard as it’s going to be to not give 100% when you get back after being away for so long I would definitely take it easy. For the first 2 weeks I would suggest not working to failure, get back to using the same movement patterns as you did before and move some weight but drop off before hitting failure. After a few weeks you should be able to start giving it 100%. If you go in too hard now your CNS will likely shut down and you could do more bad than good!

Good morning, good leg session yesterday however had to cut it a little short. Started off with leg extensions 3 sets to failure with the stack then moved onto leg curls for another 3 sets to failure. Moved onto squats where I done 3 working sets, 160kgs, 140kgs then 100kgs. Had to leave it after this set. Headed back to London and chilled for the most part. Got called out in the night to work. Plan is to chill today as feeling pretty tired and just get my meals in!

Hi Brandon, I am not super knowledgable on this. As far as I know.. Cialis is a longer acting form of viagra. I have heard of many pros using 5mg of cialis pre workout for pump and blood volunisation. I’ve never known anyone to actually use viagra for training personally.

Good morning everyone. Decent upper workout after work yesterday! Started with flat bench press, warmed up to 140kg for 3, 130kg for 5 then 120kg for 7. Not much rest Inbetween. Moved into Flat DB flyes straight into DB presses. Weight was around 20kgs and reps were at 12 each exercise. 2 sets there. Moved onto standing DB side lateral raises with the 20s for 3 sets of 10. Then moved onto chest supported barbell row. 2 sets of 10-12 at 100kgs then backed off to 80kgs for the last set. Wide lat pull downs next, 3 sets of 12 with around 60kgs on the cable. Then finished off with 3 sets of wide tricep push downs to finish off. Chilled most of the evening as up early today for legs in Margate!
