But my knees started aching when hacksquatting.<br />
So now I’ve split my lower days into a quad focussed day and a hamstring focussed day. </p>
<p>I train ULRURLR repeat. </p>
<p>I’ll put my split below, what do you think about it and would you program it any different yourself? <p>Am i the only one who thinks it tastes like soap, in a very chemical kinda way? </p>
<p>Which flavours do y’all recommend which arent that chemical, I loved vanilla! </p>

<p>Whenever I train, especially on upper, I cant really focus anymore after I get home. </p>
<p>So today I train in the afternoon, and have to get some work done after dinner, but cant focus anymore because im fatigued. </p>

<p>I train PPLRULR currently, will keep on going with it too. </p>
<p>I also love heavy barbell RDL’s on legs/lower. But I feel like my neck/trap area always feels stiff. I only do 1 set of RDL’s btw.</p>
<p>Do any of y’all train RDL’s the day after pullday? And how do you manage the neck stiffness, or is it just normal.</p>
