<p>I started dieting end of november last year and dropped from around 98 kg to now 86 kg.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m still far from being shredded (maybe 15-18% bodyfat), but I don&#8217;t feel like I&#8217;m making any further progress. </p>
<p>I was wondering how you would continue now. My idea would be to increase weight again for a short period of time (maybe 2-3 months)&hellip;</p>

Its probably the limiting factor for most people if they dont use them, I just wasnt sure if thats a problem or not.</p>

So with straps I have no problem at all with my grip strength. Its just the limiting factor if i dont use them. </p>

<p>i was wondering if anyone of you have some good tips to increase grip strength especially for movements like deadlifts. </p>
<p>For reference my strength level: 100kg 10 reps for rdls, and 150kg 5 reps deadlift. This is WITH straps. Without, its probably 20kg less I would guess. </p>

<p>I trained jordans full body training for about 8 months now but I really stoped making progress the last 2 months. I am still sore the next training session and I found out that I only progress the lifts if I take like 5 days off or so. </p>
