<p>Hi everyone,</p>
<p>I’d really appreciate it if you could take a look at my new training program. I based it on a YouTube video about a JP-style full body approach.</p>
<p>I’d also like to ask if it would make sense to add some extra chest work, since my chest is lagging behind the rest of my physique.</p>
