<p>Weight seems to be holding but condition improving. This will be due to the addition of the extra 100mg test and 100mg tren added and as we are so close to condition there’s not much to come off now. Until we pull some cosmetic drugs which will shift some water. </p>

Last night was on the the best sleeps I&#8217;ve had, my RHR was down to 60bpm and my deep sleep and rem sleep was well over an hour. My weight this morning from not training yesterday was also down by 0.9kg so this is all signs my body needed the rest to drop fatigue. You could also tag arms at the start of your leg sessions. Maybe a simple bi/Tri superset to start then continue with Legs. </p>
