Im currently training 2x a day (9 sessions a week). Would Halcyon be a valid option in between sessions to come back down to a more relaxed state? </p>
<p>Would its affects still be present and if so would it have any negative impact with my next workout?<br />
Eg: take at 1pm with post workout meal and be ready to train again at 4-5pm? </p>

<p>I’m 16 days out from a show, and my coach just dropped all my cardio and reduced my steps. (Which I know/presume/hope) is a good thing at this stage of a prep right?<br />
But I was wondering if anyone could help me know what it is he SAW that made him make this decision?<br />

I’m looking to programme a 7 day routine.<br />

Off<br />
Repeat. </p>
<p>If I had a client with I wanted to prioritise bringing up their Chest (has very dominant shoulder width) but also Hamstrings are slightly lagging……<br />
how would I go about programming this? </p>
<p>Any help/suggestions well welcomed!!<br />
