Should I use a heavier weight I can control but not feel as good of a contraction or should I only use weights that I can get a good squeeze with ? (I’m trying to progressive overload but it’s hard to find a balance between going up in weight as well as maintaining the&hellip;</p>

When I push my knees over the bar, the lift feels similar to a leg press (basically just legging it off the floor) and when I try to stiff leg I feel like I can’t flatten my back out (I’m 6’3”) and it just feels like a lower&hellip;</p>

I find that when I’m doing a very hard set I tend to feel it mostly in the elbow joint. Does anyone have any advice? Or is the load just too heavy?(ps dips feel great)</p>
