<p>There is a time and a place to fill out off plan meals, especially if in a competition prep. I would keep in your weekly of plan meals so you can enjoy spending social occasions with your friends. </p>
<p>Monitor your progress and you can reduce your calories throughout the week if progress stalls.</p>
