Weight coming down easily thanks to these Busy days. I can be on my feet for most of the day so current steps are high. We are working hard to bring the condition needed to be competitive in classic. <p>You are looking amazing!  Can I ask how tall you are,  is that ok?   And have you always had amazing legs?  I’m on my first prep at 51 years young and my upper body is looking super lean but legs are a nope.  Still trying to figure out how much longer it will take me to start seeing legs come in. Doesn&#8217;t stop me getting up Saturday morning and destroying myself with squats and a full on leg session. </p>
<p>I just wake up drink plenty of fluids. Go out for a stroll with the dog to wake up and get lose. Lite bite and go to the gym. </p>

<p>i think its definitely time to drop the volume on some workouts </p>
