Very similar, lying hamstring curl, leg extension, hack squat/barbell squat, leg press, calf raise. All 2 sets each, single leg extensions. Calfs is 4 sets. Recovery is good. </p>
<p>I have leg press later in the session as it keeps me honest with regard loading and execution.</p>

Waited for drugs to clear then ran dr deans pct and finished3/4 weeks ago.<br />The blood test and the fertility test were done within 5 days of each other  3-4 weeks after stopping pct</p>

How would you approach this? Im nervous I’ll loose all progress and end up skinny fat.</p>
