I&#8217;m currently taking 350 mg of test and 350 mg of primo, 25 mg of provion and 5 IU of HGH before bed.</p>

<p>I&#8217;m having trouble getting deep sleep.</p>

<p>&#8211; The duvet and pillow outside at 6pm, and open the door to the bedroom so it&#8217;s cold. </p>
<p>&#8211; Bluelight glasses on from 7pm</p>
<p>&#8211; Evening walk at 7pm</p>
<p>&#8211; Pre bed meal at 8pm</p>
<p>&#8211; Hot bath</p>
<p>&#8211; 9pm try to put the phone down</p>
<p>&#8211; 9pm take sleep supps and drink good night tee</p>
<p>&#8211; 9.15pm read a book</p>
<p>&#8211; 9.15pm go to bed. Uses&hellip;</p>
