<p>Today my morning walk was 30mins and after 3 meals today I will train hamstrings/glutes/ calves and 1 quad exercise</p>

<p>Today was a combination of higher calorie foods pre workout meal (meal 1,2 and 3) and then post workout was lower calories meal 4,5 and 6. Only change to post workout was 75g raw weight rice instead of 150g raw weight sweet potato.</p>

Bodyweight has crept up the last few days, likely fatigue building up so Kuba has said to keep steps to a minimum but remain on usual rest day food plan. Check in pics will be sent over to him tomorrow for the direction moving forwards. </p>
