<p>When your abbductor is healed, and if u still follow the modified split… will u introduce more coumpound movements/sets for the legs?</p>
<p>Like sdl, maybe hacksquat, a couple more sets on the legpress…?</p>
<p>The reason why im asking is that i wonder if u have any thoughts on the ceartain exercises and cns recovery? Or just crack on whit it..</p>

<p>U can always compare weight proggresions between those 2 splits and see which one makes u stronger, and compare photos of your physique, when u have tried both of them.</p>

<p>Ive dropped the weight off, plus 200 grams more than the weight before the 2 binging days, so weight is going down nice, also, the last two workouts the pump been crazy, and reps have gone up a few…</p>
<p>I did a change, i switched out almost all the fat to carbs, so was proberlby under 10g fat these last&hellip;</p>

<p>So, to make this story short.. i follow a strict diet, good training plan, and keep a eye on the recovery.</p>
<p>Im not gonna compete, but ive dieted for 11-12 weeks to get to a good spot to do a push up.</p>
<p>It got to christmas day, and i decided to eat, which let the monster loose, stupid&#x1f64b;.</p>

Im i correct?</p>
<p>So if my other healthmarkers are in check, it wouldnt matter.</p>
<p>I just looked on my old bloodtest and both fields ”LH” and ”FSH” were blank… seems like they didnt check it.</p>

Is there anyway to combat the LH and Fsh downstream impact?<br />On 300-400mg a week, is it possible that it wont be an impact on them?</p>

<p>Now..ive always counted trace macros(rice, oatmeal etc) in my diet.</p>
<p>Some say that once rice gets eaten whit chicken, it completes the aminos in the carbs. Some people agree, some disagree.</p>
