<p>I keep having this issue of my hba1c being high on blood tests.<br />
Last year it was 42 which is prediabetic levels, I got it down to 33 dieting and now it is 39 again but I’m as lean or leaner than when it was 33 6 months ago  </p>
<p>I’m scared to grow because I don’t want the number to keep rising. </p>

From 3.03 to 4.95. </p>
<p>I take vital support, love heart, heart care, omega pharma pro 8 tablets daily, magnesium x3 daily, vit d3 and k2 x2 daily, curcumin x4 daily and pycnogenol x1 daily  </p>

On trt 150mg per week for last 14 weeks. On last bloods everything came back OK except for hb1ac. </p>

<p>Since the results I have cut carbs from about 450-500g per day to about 150g per day and have increased my fats slightly but aiming for an aggressive diet. I have also added 30 mins liss 5x weekly&hellip;</p>

<p>I&#8217;m currently training 3/4x per week and cardio 2/3x per week ( this will be increased now ) </p>

<p>Also been on 150mg test e per week for the last 10 weeks or so. </p>

<p>I have done numerous cycles before I’m not a big guy but I started out very skinny and now I’m around 82kg lean. During my cut I was running 300 test e and 300 mast e per week split in 2 shots </p>

<p>Sorry if this is the wrong section. I have been back in the gym since April after injuries and some family issues during Covid I dropped a lot of weight. </p>
<p>At the beginning of April I weighed 69kg and had really low test levels under 8mmol  and was prescribed trt of 100mg a week and 500iu hcg 2x weekly. </p>
