<p>The look hasn’t changed that much touch softer, glutes are still holding by a thread which is nice. No change at all aside from introduction of cycle. </p>

<p>Update from after 2 days front mock loading. No diuretic use or water salt manipulation in the mock. </p>
<p>the aim was to more or less spill me….so we can wash it off and manage fullness across the rest of the week. </p>
<p>2 days of 1325g carbs </p>

I actually dipped in blood sugar yesterday after my post workout meal which was odd but that’s down to me lowering my carbs a little. </p>
<p>So to rectify this I had a burger and fries meal  last night with cookies for desert 🙂 </p>

Started with check in pics. Tightest I’ve been so far I’d say. Especially the front. Back is still lagging. Did my cardio at 40 stairs as usual. Diet adjusted some carbs moved. As I’m getting fitter I’m really pushing the back of set which has definitely added some fatigue across sessions.<br />
Weight this am didn’t budge and is at 305. Weird as I did stair master, legs and had a bath yesterday which alone normally has me 2lb down.</p>

Absolutely nothing else will change &#8211; so this means I will get much much fitter , much healthier and Because of That be able to train even&hellip;</p>
