<p>My weight has been standing still for a little while and I did some calculations, from the JP’s ebook formula for calories I need to up my carbs a bit, also the fat and protein but not as much as carbs. </p>
<p>At the moment I’m taking in 60g of carbs from maltodextrin during workout. My plan was to switch this out to performance fuel. And I will go&hellip;</p>

<p>I’ve been taking Creatine everyday for quite some time now, 5g. I decided to try 10g to see what happened, all that happened was I had to visit the bathroom 5-10 times a day … I went down to 5g again and it’s fine. </p>
<p>Should I just accept that 5 is my limit or have anyone had the same issue and tried splitting it up to get it to work or&hellip;</p>

<p>I’m increasing my frequency in my upper/lower split, with 1 extra upper and lower, So 5 upper and 4 lower total in 2 weeks. I went down a little in volume to start with, and Mabey increase as we go. This is the split I’ve done now for a while and I really like it with the exercises, but I decided to crank up the frequency. </p>

<p>I got a question about squats, </p>
<p>Let’s for example say you put on 150kg on the bar and squat 1-2 seconds negative with bounce in the bottom, to me it’s more a “powerlifting squat” to use the stretch reflex to get up. Compared to a squat with 120-130kg with 2-3 seconds negative and no bounce, you go down and press up. What would you say is&hellip;</p>

<p>I used JP’s calculations in his ebook for calories. I’m starting on 3800 , </p>
<p>300p, 420c, 100f. </p>
<p>It’s not that I haven’t followed a diet before but just trying to clean things up , and trying stuff on my own. </p>
<p>This is a phase to try put on some muscle  without getting sloppy. </p>
<p>I haven’t started this yet but I thought this macros on&hellip;</p>

I have almost no pain, it just feels a bit weird. </p>
<p>Some people would probably suggest no training, but I don’t see my upper body training that impactful. But my leg training is the problem, I don’t think I should create that much internal pressure like in&hellip;</p>

 I train about 6-6.30 pm , I take “prepare pro” at that time. I need that stim after a long day at work.<br />
I have no problems going to sleep at about 11pm. I was wondering if the pre workout is taking away recovery from my sleep without me noticing that?<br />

Lately I’ve started to cramp on the last three exercises, worst on the leg curl. Like it won’t go away for 4-5 minutes.
