Recently Done with a cut from 96-78kg over a time of 20 weeks and on 78kg it was as 6% bodyfat</p>

Chest press machine x1<br />
Dips Weighted x1<br />
Laterals x3<br />
Sa triceps pushdown x2<br />
Ab work</p>
