This doesn’t make sense to me, cause how is a guy going to go from 150-220 eating at maintenance?</p>

<p>I have been rotating left and right glutes for 3 injections per week.</p>
<p>I use an 29g 12.7mm insulin needle and my last shot got really swollen and I have become really sick with a fever.
