<p>I am currently 9 weeks post surgery from a distal biceps tendon repair (surgery was completed 28th November)</p>
<p>I had my mixed degree arm brace removed 3 weeks ago by the surgeon, and he has given me the green light to begin physio.</p>
<p>The aim of physio so far has been to regain full range of motion with extension and pronation / supination of&hellip;</p>

<p>I have surgery scheduled for Monday to repair the distal bicep tendon in my dominant arm.</p>
<p>Does anybody have any advice on how best to manage the recovery / rehabilitation process?<br />
Understand rest is important but would like to control as many variables as possible to get back to training as soon as reasonably possible.</p>
