This is how it looks: (i do biceps before legs and my priority are arms)<br />
1. Tricep pulldown x2<br />
2. Overhead extencion x2<br />
3. Neutral lat machine x2<br />
4. Cable chest  fly x3<br />
5. T bar row x2<br />
