<p>I have been doing really well training wise and got a new direction.</p>
<p>My frustration came when I was Turkiye, I got called chicken legs, for me, whilst I train legs hard and I can lift very heavy for my bodyweight, muscle is very easily packed to my upper body and my quads whilst showing definition, despite the strength, the quads&hellip;</p>
