I&#8217;m having trouble finishing the full-body workout.</p>
<p>After doing heavy upper and finish with light legs it&#8217;s like I&#8217;m turning off and vice versa </p>
<p>Any advice? Maybe I need to cut out some exercises</p>

Today I started the full body training split and I decided to log here all of my workouts </p>
<p>FULL BODY#1 </p>
<p>Low Incline DB press </p>
<p>1&#215;6/10 [32kg x side] @6 1/2 reps<br />
Here I did 3 warmup sets before the only working set. It&#8217;s been a year since I used the dumbbells. Good start</p>

Quick question, I’m training from 9 years I have a question about Fullbody EOD I want to try this split<br />
Any advice? Is it okay to program heavy legs, light upper body on #1 rotation and on #2 rotation heavy upper body, light legs?</p>
