<p>I want to run FBEOD (FB every other day) and i wanna know if 2 rotations are enough. Also i&#8217;d love to get opinions on my split, especially tricep and shoulder exercise selection. Is it enough if one day I do only tricep extension and the other i do only tricep compound? Same with shoulders, is it enough if one day i do just lateral&hellip;</p>

I used to eat around 3,6k cals a day and i went straight to 2,8k as my diet now. I am starting to feel better already as my body is getting used to it, but it&#8217;s probably the reason.</p>

<p>this is my first time seriously dieting and I&#8217;m having trouble keeping my progressive overload right now. Low energy and I am stuck on same weight and reps for 2 sessions now. Is that normal in cut or should I consider some changes in training? Thanks!</p>
