<p>Woke up this morning 1.8lbs up (151lbs) looking much fuller and so much better that yesterday! </p>
<p>If I drop below 150lbs we know that where I flatten off from the date we have collected over the past week or soo. Today was rest day for me today! But I did do a little posing in the gym. </p>

<p>Tomorrow I will take an extra rest day and hope feeling better on Wednesday. Last year a few weeks into prep I caught Covid, this year it’s the cold &amp; flu lurgy. </p>
