<p>So actually you all say she can do following:</p>
<ul>
<li>diet down if she thinks she has too much fat</li>
<li>stop training muscles that are to thick</li>
<li>do cardio/steps to burn more calories if losing fat is the goal</li>
</ul>

<p>My wife is 5&#8217;4&#8221; and weighs ~128 pounds (163cm and 58kg) and 37 years old. She is life time natural and does bodybuilding for 7+ years now and knows how to train and trains intensively. She has visible abs all year round, has muscular looking arms and holds all her body fat on her butt and legs.</p>

I also asked the same question in a local forum and found out that the best educational base would be sport physio + osteopath and I have such people in a sport physio center in my region (although those centers are often combined with post operation treatment, thats why it seems weird to book a treatment as fit&hellip;</p>

Bloodwork is anyway something I do at least once yearly but mostly 2-3 times and I don&#8217;t have any problems there at all &#8211; cardio, training, healthy food and supps is all I need here&#8230;</p>

<p>One question still arises: has anyone a standpoint on going off cold instead of lowering to trt? For 2-3 months this would be something&hellip;</p>

So you would really advice to never go off as long as I am willing to take testo and just switch between TRT and low testo based on my health condition?</p>
<p>And simply accept the side effect that my own testo production will probably not come back anymore if I stop testo completely in a few years and so TRT will be a must&hellip;</p>

I wonder what are your suggestions when you think about doing what we do as long as possible with the minimum amount of side effects. I plan on not going any higher anymore and taking Testo only.</p>
