<p>Sorry this will be a lot but how would I go about structuring an U/L split with an emphasis on my legs, calves, and arms, they are a glaring weakness. My Torso is far ahead in development while my limbs are lacking. I was thinking of switching it to do Lower/Upper/rest/Lower/Upper/rest and doing calves at the start of my upper days&hellip;</p>
