<p>Do you guys ALWAYS taper up after a trt / lower phase, or sometimes jump right in with the dose that worked fine in a push?</p>
<p>Normally i started pretty close to my max dose again, 3-400mg lower, then tapered up</p>

<p>weight: 113.1 this morning. 30min daily cardio done at 5:30 before work, looking forward to my first physio session post surgery, been sick for one week post surgery, then went to italy for another week, thats why it took 2.5weeks till my first treatment. I didnt have any expectations at all and i got 4th out of 4 competitors. </p>
<p>I knew i will have anlther knee surgery post show due to a bone growth on the buttom of my patella that had to be removed because it caused a shit ton of pain 24/7 still managed to get my legs as good&hellip;</p>

<p>Will increase my carbs quite a bit because i feel like my mood finally gets affevted by those 450g since i came from about 1000g and dropped immediately to 450 to speed up the process.</p>

<p>So finally a constant sub 109kg, the last 3 days have been at around 108.4kg </p>
<p>Switched to Upper Lower, currently trying different things. Love the legs only day for now and i feel i can recover better than on a FB Push Pull split.</p>

<p>They decided adding t3 and t4 as a combo with 20mcg t3 and 100mcg t4.</p>
<p>T3 and t4 are in range now. TSH is at 0.02 wich kinda makes sence to me, but she is concerned that the supplementation might&hellip;</p>

<p>this sounds more like my personal preference tbh, not trying to take the easy way here, but when thinking about a dose escalation later the next few months and the injection volume that will come with it, i m more a fan of mast. Also was test and mast the two compounds that i tolerated the best since getting into that stuff, didnt see a&hellip;</p>

Maybe do a mix later on when doing a dose escalation, IF the primo trial works</p>
<p>Was working with AIs in the past and found that 1/4 letro e2d did the job. I know AIs are not the best way to go though……</p>

As far back as i am doing bloods, my estrogen was always high, even on 250mg it was in the 500s…. Now i am on 50mg/w2d plus MastE 220mg/e2d</p>
<p>So a total of 175test and 770mast</p>
<p>E2 is sky high at over 600….. anyone has an idea on how its possible without having extremely supraphysiologal test levels??</p>

<p>yes i did in 2022, did 2 local shows, weighed in at 96 an 98kg&#8230;. was planning on competing this year, my quad tendon tears ended those plans prett quickly tough&#8230;. we ll see if i can gt my legs to a reasonable size to compete in some time</p>

<p>Had the Call with my Coach yesterday to get the plans done together.</p>
<p>Training Split will be a little different nowbecause my legs definitely have to catch up after my Quad tendon tear in March on the legt and the surgery to&hellip;</p>

<p>Started training legs like 3 Months ago with abloutely ridiculous weights if any at all. </p>

<p>so guys just came home this morning from a 5 day stay in the hospital, since i had my right knee done on the 18.04. and my scare on the left got redone as well cause it didnt heal propperly, somehow during the surgery an infection found its way into my left wound&#8230;&#8230; went to the emrgency on saturday beeing told just&hellip;</p>

<p>its been a while since my last update. everythings going better than expected. doin my 35min Cardio on Crutches every morning which equals like 3-3.2km. its going better and better day by day.</p>
<p>really nothing to complain, no aches and pains and i am allowed to go into 30 degree flexion but sitll no load bearing exept in hyperextension&hellip;</p>
