<p>That is very good idea. I should do that too. Now i am praparing garage gym in my house,becouse my job and familiy obligations are really starting to take time. So for me home gym and 5 am is pretty much the best option. And to throw in meal like this. Thanks</p>

<p>You may have had slightly less sleep the night before, was under more stress, were less hydrated, didn&#8217;t take enough rest between sets, the smith machine may need oiling, you were distracted, the set up was slightly off&#8230; Maybe those 5 reps you got, were actually better quality reps than the 6 you got previously, which means you did&hellip;</p>
