I’m down 4kg in 4 weeks . But progressing lifts<br />
Is this normal ??<br />
And volume is pretty high<br />
I’ve 3 weeks left and currently on 100g carbs TD<br />
Just finding it mad that I can progress lifts on such little food lol </p>

<p>Milos sarcev was a firm believer of this and said to take amino acids creatine L glutamine beta alinine and l citriline before workout . Then intra carbs between sets as it take 3 minutes to go into the muscle </p>

8kg which for me I know is away too much<br />
I’m gonna cut for 2 weeks and shift 3-4kg and have a lot better runway for a longer off season<br />
My digestion was a bit off and felt bloated after every meal<br />
I was advised to fast for 24 hours<br />
Which it really worked<br />

<p>Seated shoulder press last week 7 reps and this week 3 reps</p>
<p>Bench press the same and so on and so forth 🙁</p>
<p>Cardio is high and low is low as expected.</p>
<p>What are peoples solutions when this happens and i hate having bad sessions</p>
