And for the majority not something we need to worry about. There are some benefits to adjusting resistance profiles with some movements based on where you have them in the session as Meg states.</p>

The moment I unracked it, I knew my feet were off, and it definitely impacted the lift, losing 3 reps from the previous week. Lowfat 20-30g and training days with high carbs and circa 50g fat on restdays from adding nuts+salmon.</p>
<p>Sleep is high priority. Currently in deficit. Just ask if more valuable info could be contributed!</p>
