Super swollen and can barely bend my elbow now.</p>
<p>No fever or sign of infection though, so l&#8217;m not too worried as l&#8217;ve had this in my quad before and from my research it&#8217;s likely the pin just went between the muscles and didn&#8217;t absorb properly, hence causing issues at site&hellip;</p>

Kept cardio with 10k steps per day mostly done a good chunk in the morning and the rest after meals / in the gym. </p>
<p>HIIT cardio still in at twice per week. </p>
<p>FBG and BP still in great spots. Appetite and body comp good too. </p>

<p>I’m 6’2” and have reached 263lbs in week 14 of this push up from 238lbs starting. </p>
<p>Food is up to 7.2k per day now and weight hasn’t really been budging the last 3 weeks despite calorie increases. </p>

<p> I dose gh am and pm, I personally wouldn&#8217;t dose it around insulin. Bio availability is better / best pm but an application does serve a purpose especially in contest prep for fat loss. </p>
<p> If using fast insulin don&#8217;t use gh around it. </p>
