I was concerned about the volume a bit in the beginning but being busy there are times when I&#8217;d miss days on an upper lower because of work or family stuff and it really messes things up. <p>Just work up until the higher end of your rep range, then increase weight and begin again at the lower end of your rep range (hopefully)</p>
