<p>I&#8217;m trying to adjust my split for weaknesses. I&#8217;d like to continue working on my upper chest since I have dominant delts, as well as working on my back width and especially my hamstrings.<br />
I weigh 85 kg and have a height of 174 cm Natural<br />
I&#8217;d like to try body recomposition since my body fat isn&#8217;t low, 16%.</p>
